Painting - Spray Paints On Canvas
Description
An abstract painting done with spray paints, using a technique I discovered for lifting the paint to make an interesting organic texture before the major shapes were added using a piece of torn cardboard as an impromptu stencil.
This is perhaps the one of my paintings in which people have seen the most different things. The detail in the random elements lends itself to lengthy exploration and imaginative interpretation, making this - at least in one sense - my most fascinating work of art to date.

Thank you, Allen and Jean. It is one of my own personal favourites, and until recently, it was indeed the centrepiece gracing my own living room wall. Now that I have my own gallery, however, I have given it a nice place there for now, though I might bring it home again, feeling a bit reluctant to sell it.
